We take responsibility for the day-to-day monitoring and management of your computers, servers, networks, and IT services like email, and other web/cloud services. When we take responsibility for your environment we change the incentive from finding problems to preventing problems.

We monitor all of your systems and alert you when we detect problems. Often times we'll have automated systems that can remediate those day-to-day issues, when we don't we'll check things out and work with you to determine the best course of action to get the problem resolved.
